Great hotel with free wi-fi, a cozy lounge area, and helpful staff who once assisted me with SIM cards. I always enjoy my stays and feel right at home. I'm returning for Christmas!

My experience was enjoyable, especially the breakfast that included lovely thick bacon. I was able to walk to a nearby pub recommended by the staff, which felt welcoming. The staff showed genuine interest in my activities, making my stay more personal and engaging.

The WiFi was not working during my visit, and the room I stayed in had a small TV which felt inadequate for my needs.

Everything in the room screamed neglect!!! From a filthy wardrobe to a rotten window frame, it felt like no one cared. A thorough cleaning would do wonders!!!

The breakfast was delicious, beautifully cooked Full English with perfectly poached eggs, and a good selection of cereals and fruit. They recommended a peaceful riverside walk into town, which made the experience much more enjoyable.

I had a lovely time at this cozy hotel, which was conveniently located just a short walk from the city center and train station. The breakfast was exceptional, featuring a good variety of options, including a wonderful cooked breakfast with a view of the river. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my experience even better. My room was comfortable and clean, although the bathroom's small tub design was a bit tricky for an easy shower. I would definitely consider returning!
